Cancellation of Missed Class / No Show

To ensure a smooth experience for our staff and guests, we kindly request a minimum of 5 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of private, semi-private appointments, or group classes at all OptionsStudio locations. You may notify us of any schedule changes via phone, SMS, or online messaging.

Please note that Disciplined Studio Makati follows a 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Clients booked at this location are required to provide at least 12 hours' notice for any schedule changes.

Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session. For classes scheduled between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM, cancellations must be made by 9:00 PM the day before the scheduled session.

In consideration of other clients and scheduled appointments, sessions will end at their originally scheduled time regardless of any delays in arrival or starting time.
