Cancellation of Missed Class / No Show

To ensure a smooth experience for our staff and guests, we kindly request a minimum of 5 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of private, semi-private appointments, or group classes at Options Studio. You can inform us of any changes through phone, SMS, or online. Failing to provide at least 5 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the session fee. For classes scheduled between 7 AM and 11 AM, please ensure cancellations are made by 9 PM the day before your session.

In consideration of other clients, please note that your class will end at the scheduled time regardless of any delays in starting.
