What to Wear
Please make sure to wear appropriate exercise attire, such as fitted shorts, vests, or t-shirts, for all classes. Ideally, wear shorts that will allow our instructors to easily assess your knee placement, but leggings are also acceptable.
It is mandatory to wear clean socks, preferably ones with grips. Socks with separate toe holes are recommended to allow for proper movement of the toes, which is crucial for balance and grip. While regular socks with closed-toe holes are acceptable, they may make it more challenging to achieve the optimal balance, proprioception, and stretching of the foot muscles.
